Update Your Email Address
The email address that you had provided while signing up for Zoho Books will be your registered or primary email address by default.
To update your registered email address:
- Log in to your Zoho Books account.
- Select the User Profile icon in the top right corner of the page.
- Click My Account.
- In the Accounts page, click + Add Email Address under My Email Addresses section.
- Enter the new email address.
- Verify the email address by entering the OTP sent to the entered email address, and click Save.
Pro Tip: The password that you enter in this page should be the current password of your account.
- Now, select Set as Primary Address next to the email address.
- Click Make Primary.
After this, you can log in to Zoho Books with the updated email address.
