Outlook Integration
In a business, it is very common to send email reminders to your customers regarding their payment. If you are using Outlook to communicate with your customers, you can integrate your Outlook account with Zoho Subscriptions.
How does this help you?
- View the mail activity between you and your customer directly from Zoho Subscriptions.
- Include mail activity of your customers in the customer comments section.
To integrate your Outlook account with Zoho subscriptions:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Other Apps.
- Next to Google, click Enable Integration > Outlook account.
- Click Connect.
- Select your Outlook account and click Allow.
Note: When you integrate with Outlook, the following details will be shared with them.
- Organization Name
- Email Address
- Username
- Address
- Country
Adding mails as comments
After you connect to your Outlook account, you can view all the mails sent from that account to your customer. Here’s how:
- Go to Customers and select the customer whose mail activity you want to view.
- Click the Mails tab on the right side of the page.
- Click System Mails and select your Outlook account.
You can see all the mail activity carried out between you and your customer. To add any mail activity to your customers comments:
- Select any mail from the Mail tab.
- Click System Mails and select your Hotmail account.
- Select Add to Customer Activity on the right side of the page.
- Click the Comments & History tab on top of the page.
You can now view the mail activity in your customers’ comments section.
Disable integration
To disable the Outlook integration:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Other Apps.
- Next to Microsoft, click Disable Integration.
