Zoho Practice - Home

The Home page is the first thing you’ll see when you access Zoho practice. Within it, you will find the following tabs:


Dashboard

The dashboard displays key metrics that help you keep tabs on how your accounting firm is doing without having to generate reports each time. From the dashboard, you can get a bird’s eye view of activities related to your clients, client requests and tasks in your organization.

Active Clients

This displays the total number of clients who are active in your organization. Clients are considered Active if you have created a task or a client request for them in the past 90 days.

Client Engagement

Here, you will be able to view the number of transactions and activities related to your clients in a month. This metric helps you get a overview of the numbers related to the total activities your firm undertakes for clients in a month.

Tasks Breakdown

This displays the number of tasks in your organization in different statuses. You can also use the filter to view tasks by order of priority or by status.

Tasks Progress

An overall view of the tasks displayed according to their percentage of completion.

Client Requests

This displays the number of client requests in your organization in different statuses.

Tasks Status - User-Wise

You can view the status of tasks such as Due Today, Overdue Tasks and In Progress tasks for each user in your organization.

Unbilled Tasks

You can view the number of tasks that are unbilled and the list of the unbilled tasks.
