What do I do if I’m unable to verify my card?
You can attempt to verify your card only three times. If you’re not able to verify your card successfully within 3 attempts, you will not be able to re-attempt the card verification process for the next 48 hours. You can contact support@zohoexpense.com to help you with the issue. Or, you can wait for 48 hours for the card to be deleted, reconnect it, and then attempt the card verification process yourself.
