How do I delete duplicate merchants?

You cannot delete merchants if there are expenses associated to them. However, You can merge merchants to avoid duplication. To do this:

1. Login to Zoho Expense organization.

2. Switch to the Admin View.

3. Go to Settings.

4. Under Customization, select Modules.

5. Click Merchants.

6. Bulk select the merchants you want to merge.

7. Click Merge.

8. In the pop-up that opens, select the Master Merchant, and click Continue.
