Activate visible signatures
Enable visible signatures to catalogue metadata on every signed document. Recording signer metadata—such as their name, a unique recipient ID, email address, reason for signing, and date of signing—helps you comply with industry standards and ensure an additional layer of security by enforcing traceability.
Scan and upload files from the native framework scanner
You no longer have to rely on third-party scanner apps to upload documents for signing. Zoho Sign's Android app comes with a native framework scanner that helps you scan and upload documents directly from your device.
Email completed documents after in-person signing
You can now email in-person signers the completed documents straight through the Android app.
Dynamic knowledge-based authentication (KBA) for US data center
Android users in the US data center can verify their recipient's identity using dynamic KBA, provided the the integration with IDology. Recipients will be prompted to answer questions that only they know the answers to, with information drawn from the social security database. This guarantees foolproof signer authentication.
Collect payments with the payment signer field
Collect payments and signatures on the go in a single workflow. Once you integrate Zoho Checkout with Zoho Sign, simply add a payment field to the document to initiate payment collection.
Log in from multiple accounts
Zoho Sign imposes no restrictions on the number of users who can access the same Android app, so feel free to log in with multiple Zoho Sign accounts and switch between them with a single click.
