Kenyan businesses and government services are adapting to digital alternatives to explore opportunities in the nation's newly launched ten-year Digital Master Plan. This plan, initiated in 2022, sets up national digital identity proofs, a national public key infrastructure (PKI) for digital signatures, and digital literacy programs. After our participation at the National Public Key Infrastructure (NPKI) Forum 2024, Zoho Sign was invited to be a part of panel discussions at Kenya's Digital Trust Forum 2025—organized by Geda and Evrotrust—where government officials, cybersecurity and legal consultants, trust services providers, and other beneficiaries assembled to discuss the critical value of trust services and digital signatures for business transformation in 2025.
