How it works

1. Direct your customer to download the Zoho Assist Customer application from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Invite your customer to a remote support session by providing them with the session key, through email or SMS. You can start the sessions from the web application or the native Zoho Assist app for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
