    • An Admin in Zoho Spend has complete access across all modules—expenses, corporate cards, travel, procurement, accounts payable automation, and payroll-linked disbursements via an Admin portal. Here, they can configure policies, manage users and roles, set approval flows, control budgets, manage vendor profiles, and more. Admins have end-to-end visibility and control over the entire spend program.

    • Employee users have access to a self-service employee portal in Zoho Spend. The portal allows employees to submit expenses, upload receipts, track mileage, raise purchase requests, book travel (if enabled), view their own reimbursement and payment status, and view and access their payroll details.Their access is limited to the actions and modules assigned to them by the Admin.

    • Yes, you must purchase a minimum of 5 admin user licenses. Although, there is no minimum requirement for employee user licenses.

    • To add additional users to your Zoho Spend organization, simply reach out to us at support@zohospend.com. Our team will help you with the user addition process and update your plan accordingly.
