We at Zoho People recently celebrated 15 years of empowering thousands of HR teams around the world to streamline their HR operations and reduce the administrative burden. Our team has been working hard to introduce more features and enhancements that make HR management a breeze. Here's a quick glimpse of what has been released in Zoho People since May 2023:
Option to view detailed audit history in attendance
The attendance management system helps organizations streamline their attendance process. They can allow employees to mark attendance by checking in and out of the web or mobile application, or even make use of facial recognition to improve attendance accuracy. If they have a biometric attendance system in place already, that can be integrated with Zoho People too. In one of our recent enhancements to the attendance management module, we've introduced audit history. With this feature, admins can get detailed information on a particular day's attendance records, meaning they can track check-in, check-out, permission, break, on-duty, and regularization entries that happen throughout the day. Managers can see their team's attendance audit history if permissions are enabled, and employees can track their own attendance audit history. Learn more about audit history in attendance.
Option to skip reviewers in performance appraisals
The performance management system in Zoho People allows organizations to run performance reviews seamlessly by supporting self-appraisals, facilitating multi-rater feedback, and allowing organizations to select multiple reviewers and set up approvals. With one of our recent enhancements, administrators can now skip reviewers who have been added as part of any appraisal cycle. For instance, if one of the assigned reviewers is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, admins can skip that particular reviewer and proceed with the performance review without any delays. New enhancement in job scheduling
Job scheduling in the time tracker allows HR teams and managers to schedule jobs for employees so everything is completed within a fixed time frame. This helps organizations meet their deadlines. Before the enhancement, managers could define the project name, job name, and description along with other details. Now, managers can define the billable status and the work item. Learn more about this enhancement.
Wrapping up
We hope these features can simplify your crucial HR processes including attendance, performance management, and time tracking. Give these features a try and let us know your feedback in the comments section below. For queries, write to support@zohopeople.com.
