Business Representative
A business representative is someone authorized to share business details, set up and manage online payments for the business. They’re the point of contact throughout the verification process of your Zoho Payments account.
- If your business type is Individual, Sole Proprietorship, or Single Member LLC, the business owner is the representative too.
- If your business contains multiple members in the management, then the representative should be an authorized person who is engaged in the direction and control of the business.
This page contains the details of the representative that were provided while setting up the account. To view and edit the details:

Go to Settings by clicking the Gear icon in the top-right corner.

Click Business Representative.

Click on any field to edit the details.
- First and Last Name
- Email Address and Phone
- Date of Birth
- Social Security Number (SSN): The 9-digit identifier assigned by the government to U.S. citizens and eligible residents to track their earnings and social security benefits.
- Designation: Your role and relationship with the business.
- Residential Address
- This person is a business owner: In the case of Companies, LLCs, and Partnerships, when the business representative is also the business owner, enable this option and provide the Ownership Percentage. This pre-fills the details in the Business Owners section for Owner 1.

Accept the terms and click Save to update the details.
Note: When you edit details on this page, they’ll be verified. You might be required to provide additional details or documents to complete the verification process.
