Payouts
Payouts is the sum of money deposited by Zoho Payments to the business’s bank account after receiving payments from your customers. The payout amount is calculated after deducting the transaction processing fees and the refunds you’ve issued.
Note: Payouts are enabled only when your Zoho Payments account’s status is Active and the bank account details have been updated. You will be notified via email when payouts have been enabled or disabled for your account.
Receiving Payouts
Payouts are deposited to your bank account on business days based on the payout schedule you’ve chosen in Zoho Payments. Payments will be made available for payout after 2 business days from the actual transaction date, i.e., T+2 business days (this can vary based on the nature of your business) from the date of receiving the payment.
Payouts cannot be initiated manually and will be initiated automatically by the system based on the Payout Schedule (Daily, Weekly or Monthly) you’ve chosen.
