Migrate to Zoho Payments
While moving away from your existing gateway to Zoho Payments, migrating the card and customer details ensures that your payment processing continues seamlessly. Zoho Payments assists you with the migration, so you do not have to do this process manually.
Generally, when customers' card details have been saved in your Zoho Finance applications, you will be able to charge them for their invoices and recurring invoices. These cards are associated with a payment gateway that you’ve integrated. When you migrate, you can copy the existing card data associated with another payment gateway to Zoho Payments and also add them as customers in Zoho Payments.
This guide will walk you through the prerequisites, the migration process, and the necessary steps to ensure a successful migration.
Note: Only the customers and their card data will be migrated, and this process takes a few weeks to complete.
