When will the reserve be released?
Zoho Payments temporarily withholds the reserve amount and releases it once the holding period ends. The holding period may extend depending on the risk assessment, increase in dispute rates and potential fraudulent activities. This helps Zoho Payments to hold sufficient funds for potential losses and quickly resolve disputes.
