Are fraud alerts the only way to prevent fraudulent payments?
Fraudulent payments are inevitable in any business and a potential fraud alert is just one way to protect your business from a dispute.
We also recommend that you enable Fraud Prevention options under Settings > Risk Management, monitor the Risk Rating in payments, and also review payments periodically to identify if the amounts are unusual or the customer’s details seem suspicious and keep track of them.
