I want to delete my account and create a new one with the same email address. Is this possible?
Yes, you can delete your account and create a new Zoho Payments account using the same email. However, you cannot retrieve data from your old account but you will have to start afresh.
Also note, if your account was suspended and then deleted by Zoho Payments for any reason, you will not be able to use the same email address to create a new account again. Please write to us at support@zohopay.com if you need more information.
