How do I report a fraudulent merchant?

A fraudulent merchant can be someone who:

• Is faking their identity.
• Not genuine about their products or services.
• Does not comply with state regulations.

If you need clarification on a merchant using Zoho Payments with any of the above or have previously been scammed by a particular merchant, please write to us at support@zohopay.com, and we will look into it.
