Zoho Commerce cookie policy
Zoho Commerce uses cookies to provide you visitor statistics for your store. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on the visitor's computer or other internet-connected device to identify the browser, provide analytics, and remember information about your visitors such as their language preferences. This cookie aims to provide your customers with a better shopping experience. These cookies will be set on the browser of your store visitors.
What cookies does Zoho Commerce use?
The cookies set by Zoho Commerce are broadly used for analytics and reporting purposes. Zoho Commerce only tracks essential parameters, and the information gained from your customer actions is only used to improve the quality of the user experience.
What does a cookie in Zoho Commerce do?
All published websites of Zoho Commerce have two mandatory cookies that are set by default: zsltssn and zsstssn. These cookies are set by the Zoho Commerce application and are used to provide web page analytics to the store owners.
The user agent, device, and IP location are collected for showing store statistics. Instead of storing the IP address, the country name is inferred from it and is stored in the application.
