Taxes and Forms

The Taxes and Forms module in Zoho Spend streamlines payroll tax management and filings for your organization. It ensures accurate tracking, timely payments, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations thereby reducing manual effort and saving time on one of your most critical business processes.

The Taxes section helps you with:

  • Comprehensive Tax Overview: View all applicable taxes, along with their deposit schedules and due dates.
  • Real-Time Deposit Tracking: Track the deposit status of taxes to stay informed about pending or completed payments.
  • Detailed Tax Breakdown: Access detailed breakdowns of each tax type, including the pay periods covered and total amounts due.

Each time you process payroll, Zoho Spend generates and lists all applicable federal, state, and local tax forms in the Forms module.

Tax forms are automatically filed on your behalf, with support for federal, state, and local filings, reducing administrative burden and minimizing the risk of errors.
