# How to download or export employee details to my device?

To export employee details:

1.  Go to the **Employees** module.
2.  Click the **More icon (⋯)** and select **Export**.
3.  Choose the type of employee details to export.
4.  Apply filters based on **employee status** (e.g., Active, Terminated).
5.  Select your preferred **file format**.
6.  Optionally, enable **password protection** to secure the exported file.
7.  Click **Export** to download the file to your device.
