Viewing Coupons

All created coupons in Zoho Checkout are displayed in a list view, showing key details such as Coupon Name, Coupon Code, Discount type, Item Type, Status, and Validity period. You can click on a coupon name to view its detailed information and usage insights.

Coupon Details

The Coupon Details page displays the following sections:

• At the top, you can view the coupon’s name, code, discount value, and redemption type, along with its status.
• Overview: This section provides information about the coupon’s usage and validity:
  • Pages Associated: The number of payment pages linked to this coupon
  • Redemptions: The number of times the coupon has been used out of its allowed limit
  • Valid Up To: The date until which the coupon is valid
• Recent Transactions: This section lists all transactions where the coupon was applied, date, payment number, customer details, page name, discount amount, and amount paid.

Coupon Statuses

The various coupon statuses and their significance are:

• Active: The coupon is active and redeemable.
• Inactive: The coupon has been marked inactive and is no longer redeemable.
• Expired: The coupon’s validity period has ended.
• Maxed Out: The redemption limit has been reached.

Filter Coupons

You can filter coupons by status to quickly locate and manage specific coupons. To do so:

• Go to the Coupons module.
• Select the Filter By dropdown on the left side of the page and choose the status to filter.

The coupons for the status you have selected are displayed.
