How do I check if the customer portal is enabled for a customer?
To check if the customer portal is enabled for a customer:
- Log in to your Zoho Books account.
- Click Customers under Sales in the left sidebar.
- Select the customer for whom you want to check if the customer portal is enabled.
- Search for Portal Status in the Other Details section of the customer’s Details page. It will say if the portal is enabled or disabled for the customer.
