Is it possible to change my NINO after fetching obligations?

Once obligations have been fetched from HMRC, the National Insurance Number (NINO) cannot be changed. If you need to use a different NINO, you must:

  1. Disconnect the existing HMRC connection.
  2. Reconnect to HMRC using the correct NINO.

Note: Similarly, to change the business selected from HMRC, you must disconnect and reconnect to apply the new selection.
