How do I attach files to bills in Zoho Books?
You can attach files like payment receipts and reference attachments to your bills in Zoho Books. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Zoho Books account.
- Go to Purchases on the left sidebar, and select Bills.
- Select a bill and click Attach Files at the top right corner of its Details page.
You can upload your files in three ways:
- Attach From Desktop: Upload files from your computer.
- Attach From Documents: Upload documents from your Zoho Books Documents folder.
- Attach From Cloud: Upload files from cloud services like Zoho Docs, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.
Once you upload the file, you will be able to view it in the associated bill.
