How do I delete my bank account in Zoho Books?

Prerequisites:

To delete a bank account:

Go to Banking on the left sidebar and select the account you want to delete.
Click the Gear icon at the top right corner and select Delete from the dropdown.
Click Delete it in the pop-up to confirm the deletion.

Once you complete these steps, your bank account will be deleted.

Protip: If you do not want to access a bank account, you can mark the bank account inactive instead of permanently deleting it.

To mark a bank account inactive:

Go to Banking on the left sidebar and select the bank account you want to mark as inactive.
Click the Gear icon at the top right corner and select Mark as Inactive from the dropdown.
Click Mark as Inactive in the pop-up that appears to confirm marking the account as inactive.

Once you complete these steps, you can mark the account as inactive.
