How can I organize my chat messages?

By default, chats in Trident are organized into four types: One-on-one chats, group chats, channels, and threads. You can leverage the type of chat that suits your needs depending on the audience and the context of your conversation. You can further pin chats and star messages to easily access them.

Can I chat with external organization members?

If the external user has a Cliq organization account and you've added them to your Contacts from Zoho Mail web, you'll be able to chat with them.

What remote work tools are available for my team?

Trident enables you to chat and call to connect with your colleagues remotely. Further, it offers tools for tracking attendance and working hours, updating work availability status, and providing insights into teammates' roles in your organization.

Can I create custom bots and set up automation workflows?

This will be available in future updates. However, any custom bot or automation workflow you've created in the Zoho Cliq web app will be available in Trident.
