When does Autoscan fail?

Autoscan might fail for your receipts due to any of the following reasons:

• When you upload receipts in a language other than the supported languages.
• When a receipt belongs to an unsupported file format.
• When receipts are uploaded with insufficient data.
• When the uploaded receipts are faded and illegible.
• When multiple receipts are photographed and uploaded as a single image.
• When the number of receipts uploaded exceeds your organization’s plan limit.
