Yes, you can restrict employees from recalling a report after it has been partially approved. Here’s how:

• Go to Settings at the top right side. or Go to Settings in the left sidebar.
• Navigate to Module Settings.
• Select Reports under Travel & Expense.
• In the Preferences tab, navigate to Approval Preferences.
• Check the Restrict users from recalling a report if one of the approvers in the approval flow approves the report option.
• Click Save.
