Is it possible to grant an employee portal access now but send the invitation later?

Yes, you can grant an employee portal access and invite them later. You can skip the invitation email for these employees and invite them later to access the Employee Portal. Here’s how:

  • Go to Employees under People.
  • Click Add Employee in the top right corner.
  • Fill in the details of the employee and make sure to give portal access by selecting either Submitter or Approver.
  • Choose the Policy and Default Policy.
  • Check the Skip invitation email box.
  • Click Save. The employee will be added, and you can invite them to the Employee Portal later.
