My employees and users haven’t received the invitation email to join my organization. What should I do?
If your employees and users can’t find the invite in their inbox, you can ask them to search for the invite email in the Spam folder. If your they are still not able to find the invite email, you can re-invite them.
To re-invite users:
- Go to Users under People.
- Click the More icon in the right corner of the user you want to re-invite.
- Select Invite Again. An invite will be sent to the user again.
To re-invite employees:
- Go to Users under People.
- Click the employee you want to re-invite.
- In the Overview tab, click Reinvite next to Portal Access. An invite will be sent to the employee again.
If the employees and users still haven’t received the invite, contact support@zohospend.com with their email address.
