How do I attach files to bills in Zoho Spend?

You can attach files like payment receipts and reference attachments to your bills in Zoho Spend. Here’s how:

  • Go to Payables on the left sidebar, and select Bills.
  • Select a bill and click the Upload Files button at the top right corner of its Details page.

You can upload your files in three ways:

  • Attach From Desktop: Upload files from your computer.
  • Attach From Cloud: Upload files from cloud services like Zoho Docs, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.

Once you upload the file, you will be able to view it in the associated bill.
