Share Reports
In this help document, you’ll learn how to share expense reports in Zoho Spend.
Download a Report as a PDF
You can download an expense report to your device as a PDF. Here’s how:
- Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
- Click the report you want to download as a PDF.
- Click the More icon in the top right corner and select PDF.
- Choose where you want to download the report on your device and click Save.
Export a Report
You can download the expense reports you created by exporting them to your device. You can export reports in the CSV, XLS, and XLSX formats.
To export an expense report:
- Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
- Click the More icon in the top right corner and select Export.
- Select the template in which you want to export the report.
- Select the format in which you want to export the report.
- You can also protect the export file with a password. Check I want to protect this file with a password and provide a Password.
- Click Export and your export file will be downloaded.
Download Receipts
You can download the receipts attached to the expenses in a report. Here’s how:
- Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
- Click the required report.
- Click the More icon in the top right corner and select Download Receipts.
Print a Report
You can download the receipts in a report. Here’s how:
- Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
- Click the report you want to print.
- Click the More icon in the top right corner and select Print.
- Preview the report and click the Print icon.
