Navigate Zoho Spend
This guide will introduce you to the basics and help you find your way around Zoho Spend.
Note: Access to modules, tasks, and actions in the employee portal is based on the configurations set by the admin for your organization.
- Home: Gain insights into your employee portal. Also, you can access the Getting Started tab to get started with Zoho Spend.
- Sidebar: Access different modules within the product.
- ZIA: Zoho Spend is now powered by Zia, your very own AI Assistant. Zia can remind you about configuring your settings and completing the pending tasks you have in Zoho Spend. To access Zia:
- Click Home on the left sidebar.
- Click the Getting Started tab. All the notifications from ZIA will be displayed.
- Initial Setup: If you’ve just started using Zoho Spend, Zia will remind you about the actions you can perform in Zoho Spend to start recording your business spend hassle free.
- Pending Tasks: The Zia assistant will also suggest and notify you about the tasks you are yet to complete in Zoho Spend. From reminding you to submit your trip requests or expense reports to updating you about failed receipt scans, Zia notifies you about them all.
- Search Bar: Find anything you need within Zoho Spend. Use Advanced Search to apply filters to modules and locate specific information.
- Organization: Allows you to switch between multiple Zoho Spend organizations.
- Quick Create: Create transactions with a single click.
- Notifications: Alerts notify you of important updates and reminders about transactions and actions created and modified in your organization.
- Settings: Customize your organization preferences in Zoho Spend.
- Profile and Help: Access Account Information, Help Docs, FAQs, Forums, Video Tutorials, and Migration Guides conveniently in one place.
- All Zoho Apps: Click this icon to access all Zoho apps.
