Manage Cards

In this help document, you’ll learn the actions you can perform to manage your personal and corporate cards.

Edit a Card

You can edit the details of a card in Zoho Spend. Here’s how:

  • Go to Cards on the left sidebar.
  • Click the personal or corporate card for which you want to edit the details.
  • Click the More icon in the top right corner and select Edit.
  • Make the required changes and click Save.

Mark a Card as Inactive

Note: Real-Time Feeds enabled cards cannot be marked as inactive.

To mark a card as inactive:

  • Go to Cards on the left sidebar.
  • Click the personal or corporate card you want to mark as inactive.
  • Click the More icon in the top right corner and select Mark as Inactive. The card will be marked as inactive.

Mark a Card as Active

You can mark an inactive card as active. Here’s how:

  • Go to Cards on the left sidebar.
  • Click the inactive card you want to mark as active.
  • Click the More icon in the top right corner and select Mark as Active. The card will be marked as active.

Delete a Card

Note:

  • Please contact support@zohospend.com to delete cards for Real-Time Feeds enabled cards.
  • For Direct Feed Integration enabled cards, you need to delete the expenses created for the card transactions to delete the card.

You can delete a card permanently from Zoho Spend. Here’s how:

  • Go to Cards on the left sidebar.
  • Click the personal or corporate card you want to delete.
  • Click the More icon in the top right corner and select Delete.
  • In the pop-up that opens, click Delete again to confirm your action.
