Other Actions

In this help document, you’ll learn the other actions you can perform in your portal.

Add a Comment

You can add comments to the purchase orders and invoices in your portal. Here’s how:

  • Log in to your portal.
  • Go to the required module on the left sidebar.
  • Click the required transaction.
  • Enter your comment in the Comments section and click Add Comment.

Download a Transaction

To a download a transaction from your portal:

  • Log in to your portal.
  • Go to the required module on the left sidebar.
  • Click the required transaction.
  • Click the Download button at the top.
  • Click Save.

Print a Transaction

  • Log in to your portal.
  • Go to the required module on the left sidebar.
  • Click the required transaction.
  • Click the Print button at the top.
  • Click Print again in the pop-up that appears.

Change Password

To change the pasword of your portal:

  • Log in to your portal.
  • Click your business name on the left sidebar and click Change Password from the dropdown.
  • Enter the Old Password.
  • Enter the New Password and re-enter it in Confirm Password.
  • Click Confirm.

Log Out

To log out from your portal:

  • Click your business name on the left sidebar and click Log Out from the dropdown.
  • Click + Add Comment to add additional comments.
