Invoices

When your customer sends bills for the items they purchased from you, these bills will be added as invoices in your portal. You can view these invoices from the Invoices module in your portal. You can also add comments, download, and print invoices.

View an Invoice

To view your invoices (equivalent of the bills sent by your customers):

  • Log in to your portal.
  • Click Invoices on the left sidebar.
  • Click the invoice you to want to view.

Filter Invoices

You can filter the invoices available in your portal:

  • Log in to your portal.
  • Click Invoices on the left sidebar.
  • Click the Show dropdown in the top left corner and select the required status.

You can filter invoices based on the following statuses:

  • All: All the bills, shown to you as invoices, sent by your customer.
  • Overdue: Bills, shown to you as invoices, for which your customer has not made a payment.
  • Paid: Bills, shown to you as invoices, for which your customer has made a payment.
  • Partially Paid: Bills, shown to you as invoices, for which your customer has made partial payments.
