When you log in to the portal, you’ll land at the Home module. Here, you can view the following details:

  • Balance Summary
  • Last Payment Received
  • Your Details
  • Your Customer’s Details

Balance Summary

In this section, the following details will be available:

  • Currency: The currency in which your company does business.
  • Open Purchase Orders: The count of the open purchase orders you have with your customer.
  • Available Credits: The amount you might have refunded or any amount you owe your customer (through vendor credits created by the customer in Zoho Spend). These can be applied to transactions by the customer and tracked accordingly.
  • Balance Receivable: The amount you have yet to receive from your customer for the goods or services they have procured from your business.

Last Payment Received

The details of the last payment you received from your customer will be displayed in this section, including the amount received, the date of receipt, and the invoice associated with the payment. You can click the invoice number next to Received for to view the invoice details.


My Details

In this section, you can view your business’s details as recorded by your customer in their Zoho Spend organization. You can see your business name and the contact persons as recorded by your customer. Click View More to see your billing and shipping addresses as well as the name and contact details of the contact persons added by your customer.

If your customer has enabled the option for you to update your business details, you can update your business name, contact details, and billing and shipping addresses by clicking the Edit icon next to the respective options.


Shared Documents

Note: This section will only be available if your customer enables the option for vendors to upload documents through the portal.

Any documents shared between you and your customer will be available in this section. You can upload a document by clicking Upload Documents. You can also delete the documents you’ve uploaded by clicking the Delete icon next to the document.


Customer Details

In this section, you can view the contact details of your customer. You can see their business name and the contact details of the primary contact person. Click Send Email if you want to email your customer.
