Branding

Give a personal touch to your Zoho Spend organization. Customize the app’s appearance to match your company’s visual identity. To do this:

  • Click Settings on the left sidebar.
    (OR)
    Click Settings in the top right corner of the page.
  • Click Branding under Organization.

You can upload your business logo by clicking + Upload Logo to display it in your transaction PDFs and email notifications sent from Zoho Spend. This will help strengthen your brand identity and improve visibility.

Note:

  • Preferred image dimensions for the logo: 240px * 240px at 72 DPI.
  • Maximum file size: 1 MB.
  • Supported file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, or GIF.

Appearance and Accent Colors

Personalize the look and feel of your Zoho Spend organization by choosing from a variety of themes.

  • Appearance: Choose between Dark Pane and Light Pane.
  • Accent Color: The default color is Blue. You can change it to Green, Red, or Yellow. To choose a custom color, click the Custom Color icon, select your preferred color or enter a hexadecimal code, and click Apply.

Note: The accent color you select here will also be applied to other Zoho Finance applications integrated with your Zoho Spend organization.
