Purchase Receives - Overview
A purchase receive is a document used by businesses to record the items that the vendor has delivered or is yet to deliver. Creating purchase receives has the following advantages:
- Keep track of the items you receive from your vendors.
- Raise bills only for the items that you have received.
The Purchase Receives module in Zoho Spend lets you view, record, and manage all the purchase receives in your organization.
Statuses of a Purchase Receive
The following are the statuses of a purchase receive:
- In Transit: You are yet to receive the items from your vendor.
- Received: You’ve received the items from your vendor.
- Billed: Bills have been created for all the items in the purchase receive.
- Partially Billed: Bills have been created for some items in the purchase receive.
