In this help document, you’ll learn about the other actions you can perform for purchase receives.

Export Purchase Receives

You can export all the purchase receives available in your Zoho Spend organization. Here’s how:

  • Click Purchase Receives under Procurement.
  • Click the More icon in the top right corne and select Export Purchase Receives.
  • Choose if you want to export All Receives or receives added during a Specific Period.
  • If you chose Specific Period, select the Start Date and the End Date.
  • Select a Export Template if you want to export only specific fields of purchase receives. If you don’t select any template, all fields will be exported.
  • Choose the Export File Format. You can choose from CSV, XLS, and XLSV.
  • Check the Include sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) while exporting option if you want to include Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
  • Enter the File Protection Password if you want to protect the export file.
  • Click Export.

Attach Files to a Purchase Receive

You can attach files to a purchase receive using the following methods:

  • Attach the files on your device
  • Attach files from cloud resources like Zoho Workdrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, One Drive, etc.,

To attach files to a purchase receive:

  • Click Purchase Receives under Procurement.
  • Select the purchase receive for which you want to attach files.
  • Click Upload Files in the top right corner.
  • Click the dropdown next to Upload Your Files and select the preferred option.

Sort Purchase Receives

You can sort purchase receives based on different columns or fields. Here’s how:

  • Click Purchase Receives under Procurement.
  • Click the More icon in the top right corner.
  • Hover over Sort By and choose the option based on which you want to sort.

Refresh List

Sometimes, other employees of your organization may create new purchase receives or modify existing ones. As a result, you may not have the latest list of purchase receives. You can refresh the purchase receives to get the most up-to-date list. Here’s how:

  • Click Purchase Receives under Procurement.
  • Click the More icon in the top right corner of the page and select Refresh List.
