Manage Bills

In this help document, you’ll learn the various actions you can perform to manage the bills in your organization.

Edit Bills

If you want to make changes to a bill, you can edit it. Here’s how:

  • Click Bills under Payables.
  • Click the bill you want to edit.
  • Click Edit at the top.
  • Make the necessary changes and click Save.

You can also edit multiple bills at once. Here’s how:

  • Click Bills under Payables.
  • Select the bills you want to edit.
  • Click Bulk Update at the top.
  • Select the field you want to update and fill in the new value.
  • Click Update.

Void a Bill

If you don’t need a bill, you can void it. It’ll be available in the system, but it’ll not reflect in any of your transactions or reports. Here’s how:

  • Click Bills under Payables.
  • Click the bill you want to void.
  • Click the More icon at the top and select Void.
  • Enter the reason for voiding the bill and click Void it.

Convert a Void Bill to a Draft

If you need a bill that was previously voided, you can convert it to a draft. Here’s how:

  • Click Bills under Payables.
  • Click the voided bill you want to convert to a draft.
  • Click Convert to Draft at the top.
  • Enter the reason for converting the bill to a draft and click Convert to Draft.

Delete Bills

To delete an individual bill:

  • Click Bills under Payables.
  • Click the bill you want to delete.
  • Click the More icon at the top and select Delete.
  • Click Delete to confirm your action.

You can also delete multiple bills at once. Here’s how:

  • Click Bills under Payables.
  • Select the bills you want to delete.
  • Click Delete at the top.
  • Click Delete to confirm your action.
