Activity Analytics

View all the activities performed in Zoho Spend, such as creating transactions, editing transactions, submitting transactions for approval, and other activities, for a given period using the Activity Logs analytics. Details regarding the date and time of performing the action will be displayed.

Activity Logs

To view the Activity Logs analytics:

• Go to Analytics on the left sidebar.
• Click Activity under Analytics Category.
• Click Activity Logs under Activity.

You can also view and compare the various versions of the transactions from the time they were created. To do this:

• Click Show Versions next to the activity.
• Click Compare in the top right corner of the page.
• Select any two versions to compare, then click Compare again to confirm. Both versions will be displayed, with the changes highlighted.
