Invite Clients to the Self-Service Portal

We've introduced the Self-Service Portal in the Premium plan of Zoho Practice that allows you to collaborate with your clients. They can send reviews, emails, and handle client and sign requests. This feature is also applicable for clients who use a different accounting software.

Access Zoho Practice Ledgers

Zoho Ledger simplifies accounting by allowing you to manage transactions for clients who use a different accounting software. You can sync their bank accounts to import and reconcile transactions. This feature is available only to partners on the Premium plan of Zoho Practice.

We've introduced the Workpaper module, where you collect and organize your client's financial data. You can associate tasks, client requests, and journals with line accounts and prepare financial statements.

Automate Workflows

You can now automate tasks like sending emails, updating fields, and triggering webhooks. You can set custom workflow rules and conditions, and associate actions such as email alerts, in-app notifications, and field updates. To create a workflow rule, go to Settings > Automation > Workflow Rules.
