How many different Zoho One plans are available?
We now have 2 plans:
Flexible-User Pricing
We offer Flexible-User Pricing at per user per month, or per user per month with an annual subscription. This means you can buy any number of user licenses; you do not have to purchase licenses for ALL employees.
All Employee Pricing
We offer the All Employee Pricing at a special price of per employee per month, or per employee per month with an annual subscription, provided you purchase licenses for ALL employees in the company.
Do I need to buy a Zoho One license for every employee in my organization?
No, you can purchase however many Zoho One licenses you need under the Flexible User Pricing plan. The requirement of buying a license for every employee in your organization only applies to the All-Employee Pricing plan.
Is there a minimum license requirement? Can I get the All-Employee plan if I'm a sole proprietor/one-person business?
There is no minimum amount of licenses for either plan. You can get the cheaper All-Employee plan even if you are just a one-person business.
Which pricing model do you suggest I choose?
If you want licenses for only some of the employees in your organization, choose the Flexible-User Pricing plan.
If you wish to buy licenses for all the employees or your organization then, choose the All Employee Pricing plan.
I have employees who don't use a computer or mobile phone. Do I need a Zoho One license for those employees?
No. The Flexible-User Pricing plan is available for these situations. With this plan you can purchase the exact number of Zoho One licenses you need. If you have any questions, please contact our sales team.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you don't have a credit card, we accept checks, PayPal (you must have a PayPal account), and wire transfers. To arrange offline payments, or if you have any questions, please contact our sales team.
Are there long-term contracts?
No, we don't force you into any long-term contracts. Our best price is available as an annual subscription, but we offer monthly subscriptions as well.
Can I add or remove Zoho One licenses before my contract is up?
Yes, you can add or remove licenses online or by contacting our sales team. After removing a license you can contact our payments team for an appropriate refund.
I currently have a contract with Zoho and switching to Zoho One will save me money. How will you credit me or prorate the difference?
If moving to Zoho One saves you money, you'll automatically receive a prorated price when upgrading to it. Please note: To automatically receive a prorated price, you'll need to first start a trial of Zoho One, add the applications you're currently using, and then upgrade.
I have multiple Zoho apps on different billing cycles. Will this affect my ability to upgrade to Zoho One?
No, it won't. When you upgrade to Zoho One, our system will automatically consolidate your billing, give you the adjusted rate, and provide a single payment date. Please note: To automatically receive adjusted billing, you'll need to first start a trial of Zoho One, add the applications you're currently using, and then upgrade.
If my company is multinational can I pay in one currency for employees in one country and in a different currency for employees in another country?
No, unfortunately this isn't possible. You must pay in the currency for the country in which you create your account.
What happens if I'm on the All-Employee Pricing but don't license Zoho One for every employee?
If you are on the All-Employee Pricing and we see that you don't have licenses for all of your employees, then we will either have you add licenses for all your employees or move you to the Flexible-User Pricing. As per our licensing agreement, we reserve the right to terminate the use of our applications for your organization, along with other possible actions. Please refer to our license agreement and ensure that you understand the terms you are agreeing to.
If you don't want to buy licenses for every employee, you can choose Flexible-User Pricing.
Do you offer discounts for Zoho One? Can I get special non-profit or education pricing?
No, we have already priced Zoho One as competitively as possible.
Should I purchase Zoho One directly through you or through your local partners?
You can do it either way. The price will be the same in both cases.
Are Enterprise support/Premium support available in Zoho One?
Yes. We offer these as add-ons. Check this for more details. For further assistance, contact support@zohoone.com
Do we need to purchase minimum no. of user licenses?
No. There is no minimum license requirement for the Flexible-User Pricing Plan. Incase you are on the All Employee Plan, you need to buy licenses for every employees in your organization.
I accepted the terms of the Zoho One agreement. But now I'm being asked to accept additional terms of agreement in applications like Campaigns, Sites, Mail, etc. Do I have to accept these additional agreements?
Some of our apps have individual agreements. For the most part, these agreements are in place to prevent abuse. To use those applications, you'll have to agree to the additional application-specific agreements.
I don't have permission to accept your agreement. It has to go through our legal department. How do I go about this?
Our sales team can send you an agreement for your legal team to sign. Once it's signed, we'll enable access to Zoho One so you can proceed with the next step.
I purchased extensions from Marketplace for some Zoho applications. Can those be included in the same Zoho One invoice?
No, not currently, though we do have plans to include Marketplace licenses on our single invoice in future.
How can I pay less to license Zoho One for every employee than I paid to license CRM Plus for only some of my employees? It seems like I'm getting more with Zoho One and paying less. Am I missing something?
We don't have long contracts or use tricky lock-in tactics. Instead, we do hope to earn our customers' trust for the long term. You're putting a lot of trust in us by signing up every employee on Zoho. Since we think you'll want to stick around, we put trust in you by offering a lower price.
I run a business that's part of a franchise model. I can't make decisions for all franchises, but I want to use Zoho One for my franchise. How does licensing work in my case?

We have multiple divisions in our business. We operate independently across divisions but are part of the same registered entity. We don’t have control over software used in other divisions. Can Zoho One be licensed to just one division?

Can I license Zoho One for a subset of our employees and license other Zoho apps independently for other users?
Yes. If you choose Flexible User Pricing, you can purchase Zoho One for as many of your employees as you'd like. You can then license additional Zoho apps separately.
What subscription level of Backstage will I get as a Zoho One user?
When you are a Zoho One user, you get the features of Backstage's Free plan along with one complimentary Premium event add-on. As part of your Free plan, you will also get access to the custom domain mapping feature and all Zoho integrations. To host events with more features than this, you can purchase the respective event add-ons for Backstage (Essentials, Premium, & Ultimate ) from Zoho One itself. These add-ons can be purchased either as one-time add-ons to upgrade a particular event, or you may purchase them as recurring add-ons which are charged on a monthly or yearly basis.
