# How do I see which serial numbers have been sold and to whom?

Use the **Serial Number Details** report (Advanced Inventory category). It shows the status of each serial number — whether available in stock or sold — along with the linked transaction and customer name. Use it for warranty tracking, recall management, or customer service enquiries about specific units.
