I don’t want the Balance Due field to appear on my invoice. How do I remove it?
If you don’t want the Balance Due field to appear on your invoice, you will have to disable the entire payment details section in the PDF template. At the moment, there’s no option to disable only the Balance Due field.
To disable the Payment Details section:
- Go to Settings and select PDF Templates.
- Click the Edit option on your invoice’s template.
- Go to the Total section on the left sidebar.
- Disable the Show Payment Details option.
- Click Save.
Now, the payment details will not be shown in the invoice PDFs when you generate them afresh.
