How to avoid payment notification emails landing into spam?

If you’re using your own email domain,

You can avoid payment notification emails landing into spam by including zoho.com to your domain’s SPF(Sender Policy Framework) record. This entry represents all mail sending services of Zoho, and therefore prevents notification emails landing into spam.

If you’re using Gmail, Yahoo, or any other domain,

You can choose to send emails with message-service@sender.zohoinvoice.com in the From field and the emails will be directly sent from Zoho Invoice with your email address in the Reply-to field. If the customer wants to reply, it will be to your email address.

To enable sending emails with message-service@sender.zohoinvoice.com in the From field,

  • Click the gear icon on the top right corner and choose Organization Profile
  • Click the Change button next to the Primary Contact
  • Select Send emails with message-service@sender.zohoinvoice.com in the from field and click on Save.
