Preferences
In this section you can configure transaction number series, customer preferences, and invoice details. To do so:
- Go to Settings and select Preferences.
- Configure the following fields:
- Payment Number : You can set the transaction series for your invoices by editing the Prefix and Next Number fields. A real-time preview of the transaction series will be visible as you make changes.
- Customer Preferences:
- Do you want to allow duplicate customer names? Check this option if you want to allow multiple customers to be created with the same name.
- Customers in Other Apps: In this section, you can determine the default Customer Type [Business or Individual] that will be assigned to contacts synced from Zoho Checkout to other Zoho applications.
- Quantity: If you want to display the quantity of items sold on your invoices, check this option.
- Notes: The message you configure under this field will be displayed at the bottom of your invoices.
- Terms and Conditions: If you want to display terms and conditions at the bottom of your invoices, you can configure them under this field.
- Click Save.
The general preferences will be updated.
