# Why is the status of my transaction Uncleared even after approving it in the CIB (Corporate Internet Banking) Portal?

**Note:** This integration is currently available only upon request. If you’d like to use it, contact [icici-support@zohofinance.com](mailto:icici-support@zohofinance.com). However, organisations that have already set up the integration can perform this action.

In some cases, when a fund transfer has been requested through NEFT/RTGS, the transaction may be delayed due to their higher processing time. However, you will receive a notification when the transaction is processed.
