# I’m trying to push an invoice to IRP but unable to do so as it states e-invoicing is not enabled for my customer’s GSTIN. What should I do?

You can verify if e-invoicing is enabled for your customer in the IRP. Here’s how,

*   Go to [Invoice Registration Portal](https://einvoice1.gst.gov.in/).
*   Click the _Search_ dropdown and select **e-Invoice Status of Taxpayer**.
*   Enter the customer’s **GSTIN** and **Captcha**.
*   Click **Go**.

In the next page, you can view if e-invoicing is enabled for your customer under **Status**. If e-Invoicing is not enabled for your customer, you can log in to the [GST self-service portal](https://selfservice.gstsystem.in/ReportIssue.aspx) and contact GST customer support for assistance.
